SALOME

She asked for the head of John the Baptist, and then, as the story goes, she kissed him.

St Jean-Baptiste is the name of the medieval church in our village. It's only a few dozen paces from my front door. A stained glass rose window high up in the west front shows St Jean about to have his head attended to by a swordsman. 

Anyone who knows me will know who the models are.
