Klimpt was a very popular and contraversial painter in the first half of the 20th Century. His works were, at the time, considered blatently erotic, even pornographic, although, this is hard to see by today’s standards. This is not a copy of one of his works, but a painting heavily influenced by his style. The medium is acrylic and it is painted on a canvas measuring 40 x 50 cms.
